PHOTO & VIDEO SUBMISSION AGREEMENT
By uploading photos and videos, you certify that:
• You own, recorded, or have permission from the creator to submit every photo and video you upload. • Everyone who is clearly identifiable in the photos and videos has given permission to be recorded and for their image, likeness, and voice to be shared. • Do not upload photos or videos of children or minors unless you are the child's parent or legal guardian and have the legal authority to grant permission. • Do not upload photos or videos that are offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, illegal, sexually explicit, violent, threatening, derogatory, or intended to embarrass or harass another person. Inappropriate or unlawful content may be rejected or removed at any time. • Nicole Global and the event organizer may display submitted photos and videos for event promotion, including on the event website, social media, recap videos, promotional materials, and future event marketing. • Copyright in your photos and videos remains with you as the creator unless otherwise stated in writing; your submission grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free promotional license to Nicole Global, the event organizer, and their partners, without additional compensation. • Submitted photos and videos may be reviewed, declined, or removed at the discretion of the event organizers. I have read and agree to the Photo & Video Submission Agreement above. Photos and videos are reviewed by the event team before they appear anywhere.
