By accessing or using this platform — including booking an appointment, registering, purchasing, or submitting a form — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We provide digital experiences, scheduling, registration, content, and related services. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed at all times.

Bookings and orders are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us. Prices, availability, and service details may change before confirmation. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit.

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may not be eligible for a refund. Nicole Global reserves the right to review exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Digital products, downloadable resources, online courses, memberships, and other digital content are generally non-refundable once access has been granted or the product has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue or receive the wrong product, please contact digital@nicoleglobal.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Our goal is to provide excellent service, and we will work in good faith to address legitimate concerns while protecting the integrity of our digital products and services.

By using the service you agree we may contact you about your bookings, purchases, and account activity. Text message consent is separate, optional, and governed by our Messaging Terms. You may withdraw messaging consent at any time.

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the service or other users.

All content, branding, software, and materials on the platform are owned by MrsEMoney LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MrsEMoney LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
